First, the gearbox vibrates.

1. Check whether the fastening bolts of each installation joint of the marine gearbox are tightened.

2. Check whether the installation accuracy of the diesel engine input coupling and flywheel, output coupling and transmission shaft meets the requirements.

Second, the friction plate.

1. Check whether the marine gearbox clutch is combined with self-locking and whether the position of the operating mechanism is standard.

2. Check whether the friction plate is compressed. If the pressure is not enough, please refer to the instruction manual for debugging.

3. Remove and inspect the friction plate. If the friction plate is worn, twisted or deformed, and the surface is damaged, it needs to be replaced with a new one.

Third, noise.

1. Check the tooth surface quality of each transmission gear of the marine gearbox.

2. Check whether the friction plates of each bearing and clutch are in good condition.

Fourth, the oil temperature is high.

1. Check whether the clutch works normally and whether there are any abnormal conditions such as slippage and burns.

2. Check if all moving parts are stuck.

3. Check whether the oil level is normal.
